Order Processing:

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with The Courier Guy for all product deliveries to ensure reliable, door-to-door service. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery for products NOT in stock: [PRODUCTS NOT IN STOCK AND THAT NEEDS TO BE MANUFACTURED would normally be around 14-21 business days.]

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, courier delays, natural disasters, or regulatory restrictions.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship within [ South Africa ]. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or other restricted addresses, and we reserve the right to cancel orders to such locations. All orders require a physical address for delivery.

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email, which allows you to monitor your shipment through The Courier Guy’s tracking system. We are not responsible for any delays in updating tracking information as this is managed by The Courier Guy.
