How Long will my order take to deliver?

Delivery times will vary upon your location and product dispatch locations.

Not all products are manufactured in the same province.

The average estimate time for delivery for PRODUCTS CURRENTLY IN STOCK would be 7-14 Business days.

The average estimate time for delivery for PRODUCTS NOT IN STOCK AND THAT NEEDS TO BE MANUFACTURED would normally be around 14-21 business days.

Clients will be notified if any changes occur.

Upon ORDER and PROOF OF PAYMENT  Reflection,  our couriers will be notified and tracking numbers will be sent to you.


 Q: How will my items be delivered?

   A  :We currently Courier from POSTNET TO POSTNET.

Upon Payment receipt SARABI will contact you to arrange delivery to your nearest Postnet.




Q: Do I need a credit card to order from your store?

 A: Credit cards are not the only form of payment we accept, other payment options like the following: Credit or Debit card – Instant EFT through PAYFAST

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Unfortunately , we do NOT  ship overseas. 

For now we are only shipping Local.

A standard shipping fee of R 110 currently applies for all online orders.

Shipping to remote areas will incur extra Courier fees.
